Undergraduate students are always faced with diverse mental health problems. Nowadays, they can easily access online counseling services to reduce their This research determines the most desired component develop program which aims 1) study needs an program, 2) compare this by categorizing gender, year, academic and grade point average (GPA), 3) rank priority for developing program. Participants were 416 undergraduate who studied in Mahasarakham University selected stratified random sampling. The instrument was assessment questionnaire data analyzed using percentage (%), mean (M), standard deviation (S.D.), independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, modified index (PNIModified). results revealed that: of actual condition at a high level (M = 3.76, S.D. 0.59) highest =4.50, S.D.= 0.56) significant difference 0.05 all four domains. from different programs exhibited marked means scores on conditions among Business School higher than others. Students showed characteristics counselor application (PNIModified 0.203). They that secondary counselee 0.192) therapeutic relationship after 0.177).
